Manual Weighing of Additives
| One of our solutions applied when there are numerous micro additives in the formulation is the construction of manual weighing stations to ensure accurate and complete weighing. The operator sees the names and weighing amounts of the raw materials in the recipe loaded into the system in advance on the screen one by one. Using an integrated electronic scale, the operator manually weighs the product in turn, and when the weighing is at the desired value, the system approves it and displays what the next material is and the bunker number. This process ends when all the components in the recipe have been weighed. By preparing this formulation in multiple bags simultaneously, it saves time in production.
